  4.  Q: What is Wheeling ?
  5.  A: Wheeling is a common term which describes the generation of all of the
  6.     valid, unique combinations of a set of numbers.  Stated another way,
  7.     a wheel makes sure that for a given set of more than 6 numbers, all
  8.     possible combinations of those numbers will be played.
  9.  
  10.     Wheeling is often used to increase one's odds of hitting 4 out of 6,
  11.     5 out of 6 or even 6 out 6.  Of course, wheeling requires one to
  12.     select the proper set of numbers to be wheeled and to spend the amount
  13.     of money required to fully exploit the wheel.

  16.  Q: Why would I consider Wheeling ?
  17.  A: Have you ever played the lottery and had some of your numbers selected,
  18.     but the numbers that were selected were not grouped together ?  It is
  19.     common to pick some of the winning numbers, yet have the numbers
  20.     scattered across several different playboards.  Wheeling provides a
  21.     means of covering all combinations of a given set of numbers.  For
  22.     example, consider the following simple wheel of the first seven 
  23.     numbers in a 7-number wheel:

  26.     Combinations of these numbers in a wheel:
  27.         1 2 3 4 5 6
  28.         1 2 3 4 5 7
  29.         1 2 3 4 6 7

  31.         1 2 4 5 6 7
  32.         1 3 4 5 6 7
  33.         2 3 4 5 6 7

  35.     The above example demonstrates how a wheel can cover all of the possible
  36.     combinations of numbers.  Of course, in actual play, you would choose
  37.     seven (or more) numbers that would be wheeled.  The resulting "wheel"
  38.     would consist of your chosen 7 numbers wheeled, similar to shown above.
